IPC FAQ
1: what can we do if after “shortcut setting” for the IPC, there is no picture or the screen is black when searching IPC?
Firstly, update the IPC app. If the problem still exists, check if the IP of the IPC in the LAN is conflicted. If it is conflicted, use tool to modify the IP.
2: Image of screen flickering
Is the camera towards to sunlight or daylight lamp? If yes, Please (please) change the position of camera.
3: The camera does not work well and camera surface overheat
Check whether you have connected proper power supply to the camera correctly.
4: The image of camera is blurring
1. Is there any contamination on the camera lens? If yes, please clean it with clean soft cloth.
2. Set the monitor to the right state.
3. If the camera is in strong light, please change the locating place of it.
4. Adjust the focal length of lens properly.
5: The image is too dark when using the auto iris lens.
1. Please check whether the EE/AI function is set at AI.
2. Adjust the contrast of monitor.
3. If you are going to use the intermediate equipment, please correctly set 75Ω/HI-Z
6: There are some black rolling vertical bars or horizontal bars.
Please strengthen the smoothing and use the DC stabilized power supply with good performance.
7: The screen does not show image
1. Please check whether the VIDEO cable and the VIDEO output socket of camera are connected well.
2. Check whether the power supply cables of camera and monitor are connected well.
3. Check whether the lens iris of camera is opened.
4. Are you using the auto iris lens? If yes, please properly adjust the LEVEL position.
8: Color distortion or color mismatched
It is mainly about the improperly set of AWB or caused by the great change of environment illumination condition.
9: How much bandwith does an IP camera need?
